APAT Spanish Open

Played in the above last night on BlueSq. A good tourney to play in (as always) and I got off well again finding some premium hands early on. I feel I played them well against the new APATers / folk I don't play against very often but I'm not sure I got max value from each. Och well, I live I learn ...

I got up to around 7k at one point and into the top 10. With a few aggressive players at my table I wasn't really able to get involved in many pots where I was first in and putting on the pressure. I went out in 42nd, my final hand a bit of a sickener - medium stacked with KJo in late position with 4 (3 others) limping to the flop. Checks all round on flop, turn K, blinds check it to me, I bet out 800, sharkstopper with K9o on Button raises to 1600, I push 2k more, he calls. Then the 9 hit on the river. Hmmm ...
